Army Beach was once home to a military recreation center, from 1970 to 1989. Located across from Dillingham Airfield, where Curtiss P-40 fighters were deployed during the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941.

A beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for enjoying the beach, watching the waves and letting kids run around.
Army Beach Location:
Starting just past Mokuleia Beach Park, and continuing to just before the end of Dillingham Airfield you'll see several places you can pull off the road.
Army Beach Parking:
Large cement blocks create barriers against the beach, where you can park. There are often potholes, so be careful with rental cars.

There are a few pockets you can swim in. Swimming and snorkeling are seasonal on this beach. Watch out for waves and currents during the winter.Lifeguard at Army Beach:
None. It takes emergency responders time to make it out to this beach, so watch children and don't enter the water if you can't swim.
