A deeply sweet lavender note dominates the distinctive aroma, with a backgrounded heavy pruny fruit. In the cup the prune toned fruit moves forward, with a nod toward dark chocolate and a continued suggestion of lavender. Full body, low acidity, slightly astringent mouthfeel. A coffee that seems exotically hearty at one moment and can seem sullenly heavy at the next.
